Tracy has an extensive background in marketing, sales and management that spans across various industries. A graduate of the University of South Florida, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/Advertising and an Associate’s degree in Business Management. Tracy manages the marketing and advertising campaigns including the creative processes, company branding, social media and website platforms for MCR. Tracy oversees all recruitment campaigns, event planning, accounts receivable records, as well as all Human Resource functions for the company.
